Any advice as to best economy seats on the 757 TATL?

Any preference between 7C, 8D, 16C or 16D?

I'm taking the morning flight EWR-LHR so my interest is in room to work, not sleep, so my first instinct would be to go for 7C or 8D but seatguru warns of the proximity to the lavatory so I booked 16C. Would 8D be a better choice than 7C?
