If they sent the "memo" that's a good thing. I've had similar issues with MKE-ORD.
I had to call and do this earlier in the year. It took about a week, but it posted.
You'll be fine, just be patient.
If after 10 days you still don't have it, call back. Keep your BPs until everything posts correctly.
