I have tried to locate the 36" ones, and have limited success. On the last three 744s I have been on, the pitch for the middle four seats are all configured slightly differently. One one aircraft, row 42 had noticeably bigger pitch than the other rows, while on another aircraft, both rows 41 and 42 had bigger pitch. Row 42 had limited recline on the first aircraft, while row 42 seem to have full recline on the second aircraft.

As someone who is about to experience my first ever taste of UA's 744s in the back, I'm acutely interested in taking advantage of the best seating possible.

Are there any further reports or confirmation of increased pitch in the E+ cabin of the old 744 configuration? Is it just rows 41 and/or row 42 in the middle, or are rows 37-40 in the middle also blessed with the extra pitch?

Other than the fixed armrests and the lousy vantage point to watch the movie, for someone who is approximately 6'0", how would row 36 D or G be for sleeping as far as legroom goes?

Finally, on the newly-configured 744 which appears to be scheduled to operate my return flight from SYD-SFO, are any of the E+ non-exit row seats better than the rest?
