Ok, thanks. It seems that for true OTA sync, the only two options are WinMo or BES. (iPhone doesn't sync tasks or notes; Symbian doesn't sync notes; neither syncs every field).
Will have to decide whether to go for the BB or cheap out and save the $500/year (WinMo).
