AYQ is also a significant distance from ASP, about 4 hours on the b*s so i would recommend if you wish to go to AYQ you should fly in and out of AYQ. It will also be hot, in the 50's C every day from sunrise to sunset. This will mean all the tours and activities will take place early in the morning. I just had 4 nights at Longitude 131 last month and the touring program departed at 5am most mornings and finished at 9pm most nights. In summer the staff mentioned the touring program starts (departs) at 4am due to the heat.
