My #1 reccomendation would be the Westin, as the rooms are all brand new renovated, and quite large. If you are choosing between Sutton and Fairmont, decide if you want an exceptional hotel experience, or a place to sleep. If the former, choose Fairmont. If the latter, choose Sutton.
Thanks. Chose Sutton based on price and the fact that, other than for sleep, I will not be at the hotel. Getting into town around 2 pm, followed by 5 pm dinner and 7 pm game. Might hit a local bar after the game, but otherwise it's straight to bed and then up in the morning and back to YEG for my return trip home.
