not law yet?
The article in the original post is dated Oct. 19 and states there are plans to do this. Assuming it's still in the plan stage as indicated by the article and not an actual law yet there is still time to purchase a SIM (or several) without having to meet these requirements. So does anyone local know when they plan to put it into effect?
