helahela actually has a point. The original Sanctuary in the T4 lounge at gate 1 was right next to the customer service desk...not only was the telephone ringing non-stop, but cs was constantly making pa announcements. If it happens once, it will happen again...the layout of the sanctuary will be in the noisiest part of the lounge. BA doesn't get it.
