None of the DC lounges (FS properties) are open on the weekends and neither JW nor Renaissance offer breakfast certs for plat members - believe me, I called them all when planning my two recent trips. I've stayed at the JWM and Mayflower many, many times from 2001-Present, and have
always received breakfast coupons on the weekends - this has also been true for me at the Marriott Metro Center and Key Bridge Marriott. YMMV.
