Not to sound like a broken record or some sort of shill but Priority Pass lounges include both RCCs at DEN, Mexicana Salon Ejecutivo and the President's Club at SAT.

Disclaimer: I'm considering a RCC membership for the first time as well because of the convenience to the UA gates at ORD and IAD.
