Agreed that Priority Pass can be useful depending upon which airports you use most (esp. which one you are usually departing.) At ORD, though, the President's Club - while nicer and with more amenities than the RCC - is quite the hike from the UA gates, especially if one is departing from the C gates.
I have RCC ane Priority Pass. The President's Club is OK. It has free booze. The hours suck, and it's often a hike if you fly UA. People love to bash the RCCs on here, but there are not any domestic lounges that are significantly better. President's Clubs are only a small improvement (if any).
It's more of a question of do you want lounge access or not?
