You coudl also fly AF40 CDG-SEA (arrives at 1255) and take a connecting QX (AS) flight or drive up.
That would be my recommendation also. You will still need to clear US immigration, but it's easy at SEA to make that connection. There's also an Air Canada flight from SEA to YVR that leaves at 3:05 PM, so possible to connect to that one, getting into YVR an hour earlier than the AS flight.
