Oh where oh where were the NRSA's on my last LHR-ORD flight... F had 4 seats open, C had 16... Not a non-rev in sight

Seriously though. I've NOT seen a single NRSA in the last 5 months trump me for a gate upgrade.

Seems fair though that IF a) upgrade list is processed b) seats are STILL open, that NRSA's should be able to get the premium seats..... however I do believe NRSA's NOT in uniform act like a pax and don't take up the crews time all the time with chit chat, they have pax's to service AND keep it low key that they are NRSA. Other carriers make employees abide to this, UA never seems to.
