Within 5 minutes, I had a reply:

Thank you for taking the time to make me aware of the situation. I am pleased to know that our team responded accordingly and most importantly to your satisfaction. Please rest assured that this truly is an isolated incident and not a common situation at the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire. I have been informed that as a gesture of goodwill we have allocated an additional 500 Starwood points to your account as well. I trust that you will enjoy the remainder of your current stay and future stays as well.
