I just got the card about a week ago and have found about half the places I wanted to use it wouldn't accept it.

I read on this threatd that I'd be able to get an aeoroplan card (in addition to my main charge card) to be able to get into the lounges so I called customer service and was told I would have to pay an additional $499, and that they never waive that fee.

How did people here get it for free????
