Frankly I can't take their attitude!
Doing my own hair has saved me thousands over the years. Now that I am close to retirement all pennies matter.
As an "early gray", my hair was supermarket box-color resistant by my mid 30s. When we lived in Germany, I couldn't get a hair salon to do anything I wanted, and wound up with a buzz-cut colored orange! Horrible, and my kids still laugh about it.
Sally's Beauty Supply (or any other beauty supply outlet) will sell the hair salon strength and developer. I've also saved thousands over the years!
