It depends on the basis on which you have access. If it's through your airline then you should be able to go in and out. If it's through a credit card or something like Priority Pass then you are often limited to one visit in a 24 hour period.

But going to the Traveller's Lounge on arrival is a bit tricky - you need to go through transit security to the departures level and then somehow back to the arrivals level to go landside. It's do-able but a pain.

There is a Premier Plaza arrivals lounge landside; do you have access to that as well?
