There must be some good stories of witnessing arrogant or annoying passengers. In decades of flying I've seen surprisingly few such examples. Once on a long, overseas flight the person next to me was scratching and itching, exfoliating through most of the flight - it was uncomfortable to watch. Recently, had a compulsive finger nail biter biter seated next to me - as someone who occasionally bites the nails, it made me realize how unsightly this is.
