I had a similar experience recently at a different Starwood property - three different rooms all had lots of hair in the bed (two different stays).

The first stay I just slept on top of the sheets (checked-in at midnight and had to be out by 5am to catch a flight) - emailed the next day expressing concern and never heard a thing. It was quite apparent that the sheets hadn't been changed - only the bed remade.

The next stay I mentioned the issue to the front desk staff and after getting to my room discovered hairs on the sheets in this room. Went back to the front desk and was given a different room and told my room would be comped. Went to new room only to discover hair in bed (albeit fewer - about ten). Gave up and went to sleep after brushing all visible hair off sheets. Took pictures of all three rooms in case Starwood or the hotel wanted them - no one apparently did.

Room was charged to my credit card despite the offer to comp the room, and a follow-up call to Starwood elicited a case number and an email from the GM apologizing and saying that he had "addressed the issue" whatever that means, but I see I've still been billed for the room on my Amex.

Good luck - I'd be curious what you get (if anything). I for one won't ever stay at the hotel I had this experience with - three different rooms on two stays a week apart and all have hair in sheets? That's not simply a coincidence - that's poor operations/training/management.
