It's your typical HGI, but they have several front desk staffers that have been there for over a year. My work isn't in Kennewick, but I still stay there over the HI that's closer and in Richland.

The breakfast buffet is good and free for Golds too, but the scrambled eggs typically have burnt layers in them (you'll see). The chefs are happy to make you custom eggs, omlettes, pancakes, french toast and waffles. About a year ago, the morning cook staff wasn't that great. And they started this trend last month where the chefs were forced (I'm sure) to come to every table every 15 minutes and interrupt your conversation to make sure everything was good. Thankfully I think they stopped that now. It was annoying. They still have problems making omlettes sometimes, but they won't give it to you until they're satisfied. The "grilled" dinners aren't great, but they aren't horrible either. There's a great Indian joint right up at the corner of Columbia Center. And a card house (casino) if you go up to the top of the hill on Gage!

The pool is nice, but very small. Not big enough for laps. The biz center is nice.

The 2 HH parking spaces are abused. I have even seen maintenance trucks parked in them. But parking there is never terrible, even when they're at capacity. You can use the side entrances if you park around the corner.
