We are considering taking our walkie talkies for a trip to Japan (4 nights each Tokyo and Kyoto) but my husband had some concerns about whether this was legal internationally. They are GMRS band Motorolas. Any problems with this (aside from the squawking and ability to annoy those around us )? We would like them primarily so we can split up occasionally in crowded places!
