Has anybody noticed, in the UA dishes of fruit, that often times they peel grapefruits and allow the
very sour juice to spread to the accompanying honeydew, grapes, etc?
Grapefruit has a very distinct and acquired taste. Unfortunately, too weird for my likings, and when it spreads, I choose not to eat the other fruits. (Which I think is a great food to eat in flight as it contains lots of water.) Serving the grapefruit is fine; just wish they could control how it lands on everything else.
