It doesn't look like I'm going to make 1K this year. I'm coming in at 88,000 miles. Only need 6,000 miles (if I do the double EQM offer). But can't seem to find a place go, given my schedule and budget.

If my memory serves me well, UA announced a program last December to allow mileage flown in 1Q to qualify for both 2002 and 2003 status miles. Has anyone heard about this for 2003?

BTW, I can only fly after 12/19 (or 1-weekend day turnarounds), from NYC and spend <$500.
