Definitely enough time. I live in Kenosha, about 1/2 way between ORD and MKE. I have family on the east coast, and it is cheaper (significantly) for them to fly through ohare to MKE than ending at ohare. Too funny.

You'll likely need to move from either the B or C concourse to F - as the MKE flights are generally out of F....
