OK. Apologies for misunderstanding but your situation is still a little bit like my example. If say, for example, LH check me in for Air One on a connecting flight, they give me an LH boarding pass and this may show the LH code rather than the Air One code on the boarding pass. On those occassions I've often get credited with points. It happens with other airlines too, so if its a system quirk I don't know. However, it will never work in reverse. If I get an Air One or great Lakes Aviation boarding pass then I know I've had it. My point is that the check in agent has an impact as well as the metal and if you are registered in a *A carriers system at boarding, you might get lucky. However, if you are not lucky then your chances of getting BD to credit points afterwards are nil.
