Does anyone have any insight into what seasons, days, etc. make Concorde awards through HHonors more available? Has anyone redeemed through Hilton for this? It seems to me that the process is rather cumbersome (make inquiry regarding availability, request Hilton certifcate, wait for it, mail it to BA, wait for tickets).
