I had a suite upgrade my first stay this summer. All subsequent stays have been booked in the grand tower and I've received suite ugrades on those as well.
The lounge is open all day. The booze selection is pretty decent; food selection okay (grand tower food selection is superb imho as is the booze). Great staff overall and very eager to please. I'll be back there on Tuesday and again the following week so if there is anything specific you want me to look for, let me know. Both my stays will be in the grand tower, but I can get info on the tower lounge as well. I love this hotel.
