This doesn't make much sense since they had already cancelled the Houston part for many months prior to pulling out Seattle.
Since China Airlines canceled Taipei - Seattle v.v., Taipei - Vancouver v.v. has become a nightmare with over bookings from time to time.
I guess I could imagine that.
