UA operates flights in the C, B, and F concourses. You can get between C & B via the underground (kinetic sculpture). There are moving sidewalks, and it only takes a few minutes. C to F is longer if you walk, but there is a C-F-C shuttle bus. Your MKE flight might depart/arrive at the F gates. Walking B to F is ~10 minutes or so, or longer depending on "traffic" in the B concourse.

Your connections are not overly generous, but you should be able to make them, unless you arrive late.
