Lineadombra is the best of Venice's (few) new & modern restaurants. Very good, but not traditional in any way.
If you feel you must visit Harry's Dolci, across the lagoon, skip dinner there and go for dessert (the torta cioccolata!).
I must ask. If you consider Corte Sconta "mid range" in price, what do you consider high? It is not possible to eat at CS for less than 100EU/person.
All three have decent enough food, but are very expensive and cater to tourists.
Try some of the following:
Osteria bocca d'oro
Osteria da Carla
Il Refolo
La Zucca
da Gianni
Bar Nomboli
