Well I called the helpdesk, and it seems that all availability on Dragonair from HKG - HAN is blocked out, except for full Y fares, for almost all dates in the future.

The helpdesk operator offered to email Revenue Management, and suggested I called back tomorrow, however since seatcounter.com also tells the same story, I doubt there is much they can do.

Off to the Cathay Pacific forum me thinks...
