However, you can write to M+ requesting them to send you a report showing all your M+ activities from the first day you joined M+.... that is how I find out my BIS segments and all other information about my M+ activities including hotel stays, rental cars, phone, credit card, etc.

I started a thread a while back on how to request such report from M+:

which means i can actually find a good use for all my mp a/c statements sitting in in my file cabinet
