I got the same answer for my ATL-LHR flight, I was moved from 21B (Exit) to 31B. And this happened after I OLCIed (didn't print my BP, I wish I had!). I was so ! I suspect some agents do this to take care of their own friends/families. No more Delta coach Transatlantic for me!
