Agree on Baia being overpriced. Really liked Panama jacks for down and dirty seafood by the docks, and cod father in Camps Bay for seafood as well.
Also, at the Portiswood Hotel is a great cape malay restaurant(name escapes me, but easy to find). In the wine country, Terroir, is fabulous, best meal of our trip. One waterfront is very good too.
