I have had charges taken twice in error on 4 or 5 separate occassions and had to have them refunded.
Just as annoying, I have had 'authorisations' taken on my credit card mulitple times rather than once, so I can't use the card for several days until they drop off.
Ths is def an ICC error - I have always found the refunds department responsive and helpful where an error has been involved. No co-incidence they are UK based.
