Do not call India. Do not ask for a Supervisor. (and do not collect £200).

Call bmi's Refund department on 01332 854534 (0900-1530). They are all UK agents and exceedingly helpful. They can do a search by CC number and find out exactly what's happened. I've had to call them three times on different unrelated matters, and every time I have been impressed by the service and speed in fixing my problems. ^
