Question So what's "Meal Service: None" in F mean this winter?

I just booked a friend PVD-DTW-PHX and back for the holidays, in F. Flights are:

NW 3559 dep PVD 12:06 arr DTW 14:18 (CR9) - "Meal Service: None"
NW 263 dep DTW 15:37 arr PHX 17:57 (319) - "Meal Service: Snack"
NW 256 dep PHX 07:05 arr DTW 12:53 (752) - "Meal Service: Breakfast"
NW 1440 dep DTW 13:35 arr PVD 15:17 (319) - "Meal Service: None"

I know what breakfast is likely to be. I suspect NW 263's "Snack" may be a bit more substantial than drinks and a snack basket, given that it's a 4-hour flight, albeit one between normal meal times... can anyone confirm this - maybe one of our resident FAs?

And to what extent is "None" actually none? Does "None" mean drinks and a snack basket? I'm hoping to be able to reassure my friend that as an F passenger she will not actually be permitted to starve.
