The other possibility is Puerto Rico or USVI. (Now done with A320's I might add!) Flew there in last couple weeks, and they are treated "kinda" domestic - as in 500 milers are good to upgrade, and no passports or UA formalities, but "kinda" It'l as real French Champagnes are loaded are served etc. Which I can verify.
