I printed out my boarding passes and got invitations to the arrivals lounge, but cannot find any information as to its location. Not on the Heathrow terminal maps or the UAL website (the location shown is the former terminal 3 arrivals Hall mezzinine).
Upstairs above the BMI ticket counter, through the fire doors. Signage is horrible and staff is not much better.
