Gee, a Courtyard, first mistake.

A "packed" Courtyard due to a special event - probably jacked up rates.

Not staffing properly and having only 1 employee on hand to check out a "packed" CY, just greedy.

Glad it worked out eventually but I understand the frustration of having to correct other peoples mistakes.

Boy, do I hate CY's !
