Indeed it will be interesting to see the difference between Legendre (whose cuisine I loved) and Briffard -- hopefully Le Cinq will be open when I am there!!

I think I will buy Jeff Leatham's book this time around -- his floral displays are always innovative even if they may not "work" all of the time.....
