On BR as well the FA's very regularly go in the lav and tidy things up throughout the flight. It makes a huge difference on a 15 hour TPAC in Y. I see a trend here that Asian carriers reign supreme at keeping the lav's tidy. Conversely, I recently flew TPAC NRT-MEX nonstop on AM (no TIJ stop) and they DID NOT keep the lav's tidy in Y. It was pretty repulsive and disgusting to use the lav near the end of that flight.
