Seems to me that no one really cleans the bathrooms once the flight gets into the air. As such, I am sure all bathrooms get dirty... granted some FA's take pride in wiping down the sinks and adding flowers. However, I can bet you will unfortunately find urine on the floor of Continental and JetBlue planes just as often as a UA flight.
