Do yourself a huge favour, stop diddling around with the bl**dy website and call Aeroplan and speak to one of the agents there. In the past 12 months I have used them 3 times for complicated itins for the 3 in my family and they have worked wonders - even with last minute bookings/changes. I was delighted to pay the booking fee. The Aeroplan agents I have dealt with have been knowledgeable, professional, and have "thunk" out of the box for me every time. (and no, I don't work for the company... )
