They tell you the price. In my case $259+. It will be reversed on checkout upon presentation of a J class boarding pass. Taxes are not refunded.
If you only have to show up with a boarding pass, I guess employees and anyone else with a printer could use this. Not sure what kind of behind the scenes checks happen with this.
The hotel takes a credit card with your booking.
