A month or so ago, I got a mailing from UA with a bonus if I enrolled a friend in Mileage Plus and they flew within a certain amount of time. I seem to remember some temporary membership cards attached, and a web address where I could go and recommend/enroll them.

I accidently threw this out, but I'd like to use it. If anyone has the web address or any other info (like a temp. membership number) that I need, I would appreciate it.

I called MP, and they could not help.
