There was no way for her to figure it out. The person with the gift checks was able to walk her through it (as a cash transaction), but the rest of us could not do so.

I absolutely hate this CY; which is odd because overall I am pretty easy to please, and really, what can be "wrong" at a CY? Which is the problem - the only interaction you have at a CY IS the front desk, and when that goes poorly.....
No more. I will stay at the FS Hunt Valley in MD and drive the 50 miles!
