Well, if you are talking about earning through domestic flights in the next rung up than the cheapest fares (i.e. above 'saver fares'), then it is not that different from AF (actually better than AF for French residents, who are the most likely to use domestic fares) and infinitely better than BA, where you could spend your life doing back-to-back returns constantly every day of the year at that kind of fares and not get one inch towards elite status.
