I enjoy the BA policy (where it exists) of staying in the lounge until the last minute and then being invited to board when the queue has gone and all the Ys are 'sitting comfortably' in their seats. I think that it is a far more relaxing start to a trip than rushing aboard to wait in one's seat while there is all that crashing and banging past (when in CE) or behind (when in CW).
