I am afraid I dont agree. I dont see how people can complain about hotels if this sort of thing happens in one of the top hotels in the group & everybody starts laughing.
I have had plenty of experience of roaches. Anybody living on ground level in Australia will have had plenty of experience. I also wouldn't be surprised to find them in beach huts or resorts such as Bora Bora.
That is completely different to finding 5 of them in a luxury hotel in a modern city such as Tokyo.

What would be anybody's response if they found a rat in their bathroom?
